Research-use-only means exactly that

Product, label, catalog, email, support, and advertising copy must avoid human-use, therapeutic, dosing, diagnosis, treatment, or outcome claims. Required RUO wording and jurisdiction controls must be visible before purchase and retained with the relevant content version.

Platform controls support review but do not replace legal, regulatory, privacy, sanctions, banking, or merchant approval. Screen required parties against a current sanctions dataset and fail closed when the dataset is stale.
