What does research-use only (RUO) mean?
Every catalog item is sold for bona fide laboratory and in-vitro research only. Products are not FDA approved or regulated as drugs, diagnostics, supplements, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary use.
Who will you not sell to?
We will not sell to medspas, TRT clinics, hospitals, telehealth practices, pharmacies, or similar clinical or compounding channels. If that is your customer type or end use, do not apply and do not contact us to request an exception.
Where do products ship from?
Outbound shipments leave from Austin, Texas.
How quickly do products ship with my brand label?
Products ship with the merchant's own label within 1 week. Shipments are typically sooner, and often the same day, when funding, inventory, and eligibility are already clear. We publish 1 week for liability rather than as a same-day promise.
Are you responsible for delivery after the package leaves?
No. We are not responsible for end delivery. Once the package is handed to the carrier, our work is done. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken packages after that handoff.
What purity should I expect, and is testing required?
Purity is lot-specific. Read the certificate for that lot when one exists. Extra third-party testing is optional and recommended; it is not a requirement before you ship. If you ship our batches without testing them, that is on you. Group testing is available, and you can also send individual items to laboratories of your choice.
What happens if a lot fails testing or is recalled?
A lot that fails chemistry does not ship. A recall freezes remaining stock for that lot across brands. Do not return research materials without written authorization and handling instructions. Any refund follows the displayed transaction terms and the applicable payment-provider process.
How does white-label shipping work?
We print the label, insert, and return address you already approved. Funding, inventory, pack-station, and carrier checks must clear first. Artwork review binds the label version to your merchant record before it can enter fulfillment.
What do you take from each sale?
Zero revenue share. Nothing we charge is calculated on your retail price, so 100% of your markup is yours. You pay the published plan, product at the catalog cost, and the operating charges shown on Pricing.
How do I pay for product and plans?
Approved accounts fund a prepaid wallet before fulfillment. Enabled rails include Bitcoin on-chain deposits to the exact address shown in the portal, and USD funding where configured (including Mercury invoices). Card rails appear only when enabled for the account. Cleared funds are credited to the wallet before orders can be fulfilled. We do not invent a response-time or confirmation SLA here — the portal and invoice snapshot are authoritative.
What does onboarding and KYB involve?
You create an account, review terms, select a plan, and complete the verification review shown in the portal (including identity/business checks). Form completion, a payment session, or a callback does not approve the account by itself. Activation is not guaranteed, and wallet top-ups, labels, and shipments wait until the required verification and plan obligation are reconciled.
Can I leave?
Your label artwork and customer relationship remain yours. Account closure and any remaining balance are handled under the applicable terms after open orders, invoices, disputes, and other obligations are reconciled. Published pricing states there is no early-termination fee on the month-to-month plans.
How do I contact you?
Use the Contact us page. Email is shown only after you acknowledge the RUO, restricted-buyer, and FAQ statements on that page. There is no public mailbox shortcut that skips those acknowledgments.
What happens if I hit my monthly order cap?
New orders pause until you upgrade. There is no silent overage fee. The allowance counts across every connected store.
Which store platforms do you support?
The included plugin is WooCommerce. Headless or other stores can use the signed API. Shopify is not a first-class plugin.
