Activation charges the selected signup fee plus the first month. Renewal invoices charge the monthly amount once for a uniquely claimed billing period. Historical invoices keep immutable price snapshots.
Product cost, carrier quote, and any enabled operating add-on are shown on the applicable order. The authenticated portal displays the rails currently enabled for the account: Mercury ACH/wire invoice, transaction-specific Bitcoin, NMI hosted-field card payment, or Paygate hosted checkout. NMI wallet and card charges add a disclosed 20% RUO fee unless an administrator changes it. Mercury ACH/wire and Bitcoin TOPUP deposits add a disclosed 5% wallet credit. Paygate stays without an RUO-added fee unless configured. The exact quote must be displayed before authorization; provider or network costs may still apply.
Label artwork upload is free. Optional generated labels are $5 per SKU ($4 each at 10 or more SKUs in one bulk job). Brand Starter and Business in a Box include the first 10 generated labels; packshots are $5 and are never included. Regenerating a generated label is $3. These charges are separate from the per-applied warehouse label fee on the order.
