Understanding Your RUO - Whitelabel Wallet

How the BTC + USD unified wallet works, funding methods, and managing your balance across transactions.

A ledger, not a browser balance

The wallet reflects durable ledger entries and reconciled obligations. BTC and USD funding options appear only when configured for the account. A browser value or provider callback alone is not proof that funds are available.

BTC deposits use a transaction-specific derived address and are credited only after the configured confirmation and reconciliation rules pass. Crypto Pay checkout deposits use a unique CHECKOUT address and the same confirmation rules. Mercury invoices are matched by their exact provider invoice identity, destination account, currency, and amount—not by amount alone. If enabled, NMI keeps card entry inside hosted fields and Paygate uses a hosted checkout; neither rail credits from a browser redirect or callback alone. Withdraw BTC sends available sats above the operational floor to a bech32 address you control.

Review pending, available, reserved, and disputed amounts separately before submitting an order.

Buying bitcoin for a top-up is your own custody decision. Use Bitcoin mainnet only, compare the full destination address shown in the portal with the address in your wallet, and send the exact amount. RUO WhiteLabel does not control your exchange, fees, or keys.

Research-use only. The portal, invoice, and lot certificate are the current-state records. Marketing copy is not a guarantee of inventory, timing, or eligibility.
